ASAN, Guam (June 5, 2024) - Rear Adm. Greg Huffman, commander, Joint Region Marianas, and Rear Adm. Brent DeVore, welcomes Gov. Lou Leon Guerrero to JRM headquarters for the Micronesian Island Forum (MIF) discussion, June 5.
During the meeting, Huffman highlighted the primary objectives and challenges within the region and emphasized the importance of regional security.
The MIFs primary goal is to promote cooperation and collaboration among the island nations and territories throughout Micronesia on common concerns and issues.
