A local worker helps pass buckets through a line during a Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency (DPAA) recovery operation in the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, June 2, 2024. DPAA investigative and recovery teams work closely with local workers to efficiently and effectively excavate sites in hopes of finding answers regarding the location of missing personnel.
