Soldiers from the 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault), XVIII Airborne Corps, and 79th Theater Sustainment Command were invited to join a local family in Carentan for dinner during the annual D-Day commemorations. The family dinner is a tradition that both service members and locals look forward to every year. It is a chance to honor our past and have more intimate moments to connect our cultures while breaking bread over an authentic French meal. (U.S. Army Photo by Staff Sgt. Rene Rosas)
