Melson, Commander, Logistics Group Western Pacific/Task Force 73 (COMLOG WESTPAC/CTF 73) and Foreign Liaison Officers from New Zealand, Japan, France and Australia, during a scheduled visit to Sembawang Naval Installation (SNI).
