YOKOSUKA, Japan (May 29, 2024) — Seaman Apprentice Kishaina Fletcher, originally from Jamaica, receives a signed certificate following a United States Citizenship and Immigration Services naturalization ceremony supported by Region Legal Service Office Western Pacific, onboard Commander, Fleet Activities Yokosuka (CFAY), held at the Kodo Auditorium in the Community Readiness Center. Seven new U.S. citizens originating from 6 countries attended the swearing-in ceremony. For more than 75 years, CFAY has provided, maintained, and operated base facilities and services in support of the U.S. 7th Fleet’s forward-deployed naval forces, tenant commands, and thousands of military and civilian personnel and their families.
