U.S. Coast Guardsmen assigned to the USCGC Calhoun draw a nearby tugboat closer to the side of the USCGC Calhoun using rope off the coast of Staten Island, New York, May 22, 2024. In order for the USCGC Calhoun to properly dock at the USS Sullivan Homeport Pier, two tugboats were bound to the vessel and guided it into the pier.
