U.S. Marines from across III Marine Expeditionary Force listen to Brig. Gen. Kevin Gallman, the assistant wing commander of 1st Marine Aircraft Wing, during a Lance Corporal Leadership and Ethics Seminar graduation ceremony hosted by Marine Wing Headquarters Squadron 1 at Camp Foster, Okinawa, Japan, May 24, 2024.
