U.S. Army Sgt. 1st Class Braxton Hunt, a network communications systems specialist assigned to the Cyber Capabilities Development and Integration Directorate at Fort Eisenhower, Ga., and U.S. Army Staff Sgt. Derek Alcorn, a signal support specialist assigned to the Joint Modernization Command, walk to their first point during a land navigation exercise held at Fort Bliss, Texas, May 9, 2024. Hunt and Alcorn took part in a week-long training program facilitated by the JMC. Soldiers assigned across Futures and Concepts Center participated in an intensive week-long training program held at Fort Bliss to prepare them thoroughly for the forthcoming Army Futures Command Best Squad Competition scheduled to take place at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Md., from June 2-7, 2024.
