Staff Sgt. Adam Royston, a squad leader with the 237th Military Police (MP) Company, 941st MP Battalion, New Hampshire Army National Guard (NHARNG), presents his personal fitness plan to his classmates during one of the final days of the Health and Wellness Camp May 9, 2024, at the Edward Cross Training Complex in Pembroke, N.H.
