A U.S. Air Force volunteer assigned to the 379th Expeditionary Communication Squadron unloads Cryoprecipitated Antihemophilic Factor units at an undisclosed location within the U.S. Central Command area of responsibility, May 4, 2024. Cryo units are used to prevent or control bleeding in people whose own blood does not clot properly.
