Fort McCoy Garrison Commander Col. Stephen Messenger leads garrison workforce members April 25, 2024, on a walk through the Commemorative Area at Fort McCoy, Wis. The walk-through was part of the commander’s quarterly town hall discussion that started in a building nearby.
