USDA Forest Service members, along with members from Nevada Air National Guard out of Reno and Wyoming Air National Guard out of Cheyenne attend ground training in Ventura, Calif. on May 6, 2024 in preparation of the Modular Airborne Fire Fighting System (MAFFS) spring training. The aircrews will be training and recertifying May 6-10, 2024 for the upcoming fire season.
