U.S. Army Maj. Gen. Todd R. Wasmund, commanding general, U.S. Army Southern European Task Force, Africa (SETAF-AF), addresses the Senior Enlisted Leader Forum (SELF), part of the African Land Forces Summit (ALFS) 2024 in Livingstone, Zambia, April 25, 2024. The SELF features four plenary and breakout sessions dedicated to discussing topics related to developing and leading enlisted soldiers. Sponsored by the U.S. Army Chief of Staff and co-hosted by SETAF-AF and the Zambia Army, ALFS 2024 brings together senior leaders from across Africa and other partner nations, April 22-26 in Livingstone, to solidify relationships, exchange information on current topics of mutual interest and encourage cooperation in addressing challenges.
