240505-N-NS135-1212 (May 5, 2024) TAKORADI, Ghana – A member of the Benin Armed Forces leads the way into a close quarters combat drill led by the U.S. Coast Guard Tactical Law Enforcement Team (TACLET) Pacific and the Royal Netherlands Marines Reconnaissance Sniper team during Obangame Express 2024. During Exercise Obangame Express 2024, the 13th rendition of the exercise, partner and allied forces collaborate to enhance collective maritime law enforcement capabilities, bolster national and regional security in West Africa, and foster greater interoperability among U.S., African, and multinational partners.
