Seileen Mullen, principal deputy assistant secretary of defense for health affairs, donates blood at the Armed Forces Blood Program blood drive during the 2024 Military Health System Conference in Portland, Oregon, April 11. Ms. Mullen was assisted by U.S. Army Spc. Taylor Farley, of the 153rd Medical Detachment at Joint Base Lewis-McChord. More than 250 units of blood were donated during the conference.
