U.S. Air Force Airmen assigned to the 3rd Air Expeditionary Wing participate in a forward area refueling point training during Exercise Agile Reaper 24-1 at Northwest Field spoke, Andersen Air Force Base, Guam, April 16, 2024. FARP procedures enable a tanker craft, such as a C-17 Globemaster III to refuel the F-22 Raptor while both aircraft keep their engines running.
