PATTAYA, Thailand (April 26, 2024) U.S. Sailors assigned to the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Russell (DDG 59) participate in a community relations event at Father Ray Children’s Village in Pattaya, Thailand, April 26, 2024. Russell is in Thailand for a scheduled port visit, supporting operational readiness and regional alliances. Russell is assigned to Carrier Strike Group 9 and currently conducting routine operations in U.S. 7th Fleet in support of a free and open Indo-Pacific.
