A Coast Guard MH-65C Dolphin rescue helicopter and crew from the Aviation Training Center (ATC) in Mobile, Alabama, lower a crew member to assist in the hoist of an injured man to a 41-foot rescue boat from Station Panama City as part of a search and rescue exercise at the Panama City Marina. The ATC is both a training facility and an operational air station with responsibility from the Louisiana-Texas border to the eastern edge of the Florida panhandle.
