U.S. Navy Lt. Isabella Urdinaran, a native of New Jersey, and an electronic warfare officer with Electronic Attack Squadron (VAQ) 141, Carrier Air Wing (CVW) 5, commences a change of command ceremony at Marine Corps Air Station Iwakuni, Japan, April 18, 2024. During the ceremony, U.S. Navy Cmdr. Reid Smith, a native of Washington, replaced Cmdr. Joshua Menks, a native of Virginia, as the commander of VAQ-141.
