Maj. Gen. David Wilson, commanding general, U.S. Army Sustainment Command, Rock Island Arsenal, Illinois, hosted “Rock the Bell,” a circuit workout session, which included focus strength, endurance and camaraderie at the installation fitness center.
“This is the hardest thing the Army asks us to do each and every day, and they pay us for it,” Wilson said. “I appreciate the hard work you all do every day making sure or Army has the readiness that they need to perform any mission any place at any time.”
The 12-station circuit of timed exercises and was focused on physically challenging the Soldiers and to give them time with the company and headquarters’ leadership.
