ANNAPOLIS, Md. (Apr. 3, 2024) The U.S. Naval Academy Superintendent Vice Adm. Yvette M. Davids delivers opening remarks during the Conference of Service Academy Superintendents (COSAS) at the U.S. Naval Academy in Hopper Hall. The COSAS convenes annually, with each academy taking turns hosting the event. This conference brings together a comprehensive array of leadership personnel, including superintendents, commandants, deans, directors of admissions and athletics, and other designated representatives who delve into a range of topics pertinent to the collective interests of the academies, such as performance metrics and operational concerns central to the conference.
