NAVAL BASE SAN DIEGO (Mar. 21, 2024) Electronics Technician 1st Class Alex Stokes, a U.S. Navy Reserve search and rescue swimmer from Elk Grove, Calif., is lowered over the side of the Ticonderoga-class guided-missile cruiser USS Chosin (CG 65) during a search and rescue exercise.
