U.S. Marine Corps Lance Cpl. Brandon Rossman, assault amphibious vehicle operator, Alpha Company, 4th Assault Amphibian Battalion, 4th Marine Division, Marine Forces Reserve, operates an assault amphibious vehicle during a live-fire range at Fort Barfoot, Virginia, April 4, 2024. Marines conducted live-fire exercises to develop proficiency in AAV crew gunnery as well as achieve crew-level qualification. This training prepared the Marines for this year's Integrated Training Exercise 4-24, the Marine Corps Reserve's premiere annual training event held at Marine Corps Air-Ground Combat Center Twentynine Palms, California, and gave them the opportunity to qualify on critical skill sets necessary for mission success.
