Drew Tancer, the operations planner with the 910th Operations Support Squadron, recovers after unlatching himself from the parachute cord pulling him through the water during water survival training on April 7, 2024, at Youngstown State University, Ohio. Water survival training is a triennial requirement for all aircrew members.
