U.S. Marine Corps Lance Cpl. Dsean James, a motor vehicle operator with Combat Logistics Battalion 26, Combat Logistics Regiment 27, 2nd Marine Logistics Group, and a native of Park Forest, Illinois, begins dispatch procedures on Camp Lejeune, North Carolina, April 2, 2024. Each week, 2nd MLG recognizes one outstanding Marine or Sailor as the Warrior of the Week, who goes above and beyond in their duties and embodies the whole Marine concept. James was selected for serving as a dispatch NCO, a billet above his pay grade in which he completes with a consistent high-level of performance.
