Leaders from Marine Corps Recruit Depot San Diego visited their Fuzileiros Navais counterparts to share best practices from U.S. Marine recruit training integration. The SMEE aims to enhance the training frameworks and leadership skills necessary for the successful integration of female recruits into the Brazilian Marine Corps. Additionally, the exchange fosters a bilateral partnership, enabling both nations to share best practices and innovations in military training and operational readiness.
