U.S. Marine Corps Master Sgt. Leaders from Marine Forces, South and Marine Corps Recruit Depot San Diego visited their Fuzileiros Navais counterparts for a Recruit Training Subject Matter Expert Exchange to exchange best practices and lessons learned from U.S. Marine Corps recruit training integration. The SMEE aims to enhance the training frameworks and leadership skills necessary for the successful integration of female recruits into the Brazilian Marine Corps. Additionally, the exchange fosters a bilateral partnership, enabling both nations to share best practices and innovations in military training and operational readiness.
