On January 9th, 2024, the Navy announced the selection of Manchester Financial Group/Edgemoor Infrastructure & Real Estate as the potential master developer for the approximately 70.3-acre Naval Base Point Loma Old Town Campus (OTC). The potential redevelopment would bring additional economic benefits to the region through the construction and operation of new commercial, residential, and transportation facilities.
