Students from Meikai University, located in the Chiba Prefecture of mainland Japan, arrived at Camp Hansen to learn about 12th Marine Littoral Regiment personnel, tour major facilities of the base, and study about the political environment surrounding Okinawa. Their tour featured a brief at the III Marine Expeditionary Force Information Group headquarters building and lunch at the food court with enlisted Marine personnel.
