Perry General Mess serves a plate of lobster tail and vegetables to a customer during an open galley event celebrating the 131st Chief Petty Officer Birthday April 1, 2024 in Yokosuka, Japan. The installation opens the facility to all hands, including civilian employees and dependents, once a month to celebrate significant birthdays, anniversaries and holidays as a community.
