    JOINT BASE LANGLEY- EUSTIS, Va. – U.S. Army Sgt. Lluvia Grajeda, 7th Transportation Brigade (Expeditionary), swims back to the starting point of the Army Water Survival Training (AWST) during the Best Squad Competition at Joint Base Langley-Eustis, Virginia, March 5, 2024. In this portion of the competition Soldiers must tread water for 30 seconds and swim 50 meters without touching the sides or bottom of the pool with all equipment. The U.S. Army Best Squad Competition, a bi-annual event hosted by the 7th Transportation Brigade (Expeditionary) this year, allows squads to safely demonstrate their mission readiness and represent the XVIII Airborne Corps at higher levels of competition.
