The 2d Theater Signal Brigade's spotlight shines on Bruce Graham, Team Lead/ Network Manager, Network Enterprise Center Vicenza, 509th Strategic Signal Battalion.
Mr. Graham exemplified the Army values During a critical network downtime incident that impacted NEC Vicenza, NEC Livorno, and numerous out-stations in U.S. Army South. His actions during a failed Cisco Identity Services Engine server update epitomized his unwavering commitment to excellence and dedication to serving others.
He collaborated tirelessly with Regional Cyber Center-Europe to identify, implement, and monitor the solution. His determination and technical expertise ultimately led to the successful restoration of stable services throughout the region, despite encountering numerous setbacks in attempts to rebuild the ISE server.
His ability to effectively interface with stakeholders ensured that customers were kept informed and supported throughout the resolution process.
Mr. Graham not only demonstrated exceptional professionalism but also embodied the core values of the Army, serving as a true hero to 2d Theater Signal Brigade, U.S. Army Network Enterprise Technology Command, reflecting the highest standards of service, integrity, and dedication upon himself, and the 509th Strategic Signal Battalion.
