Gen. Gregory Guillot, commander, North American Aerospace Defense Command and U.S. Northern Command, welcomes the Honorable Caroline Krass, General Counsel, Department of Defense, to the NORAD and USNORTHCOM headquarters on Peterson Space Force Base, Colorado, Mar. 5, 2024, where she visited the NORAD and USNORTHCOM Joint Operations Center to participate in discussions about mission strategies, operational priorities, and information synchronization. During this visit, Krass gained a better understanding of the Commands’ missions and functions to better inform her role as the chief legal officer of the Department of Defense and principal legal advisor to the Secretary of Defense.
