U.S. Navy Lt. Kenneth Orsburn, deputy command chaplain with Marine Corps Base Hawaii, reads a prayer during an interment ceremony for Seaman Second Class Raymond D. Boynton at the National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific, Honolulu, Hawaii, March 20, 2024. The Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency (DPAA) and other attendees paid their respects and honored the life of Boynton, who was assigned to the USS Oklahoma when the ship was attacked by Japanese aircraft during World War II. The USS Oklahoma sustained multiple torpedo hits, which caused it to quickly capsize. Boynton was accounted for on Dec. 22, 2020. (U.S. Air Force photo by Staff Sgt. Jonathan McElderry)
