Matthew Melendez, the senior enlisted leader of Charlie Company, 1st Battalion, 69th Infantry Regiment, during an award ceremony for the 2024 Logan-Duffy Marksmanship Competition at the unit's armory in New York City, Mar. 13. Melenez was awarded the plaque for shooting the highest score on the regiment's team. The Logan-Duffy Marksmanship Competition is an annual shooting match between 1st Battalion, 69th Infantry Regiment, and 1st Battalion, 182nd Infantry Regiment.
