Chief Builder Christopher "Billy" Knox, originally from Chapin, Ill., and Navy Misawa Snow Team leader, interacts with some local school children during 64th annual Sapporo Snow Festival. Knox and his team are from Naval Air Facility Misawa, and created a snow sculpture of USS George Washington (CVN 73) on behalf of the base for the city's annual festival on northern Japan’s Hokkaido Island.
