U.S. Navy medical personnel with command element, 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit and Japan Ground Self Defense Force service members disembark from a JGSDF Boeing CH-47JA Chinook during an en route care exercise for Iron Fist 24, on Okinawa, Japan, March 14, 2024.
