Kaiserslautern High School students receive information on the risks and consequences associated with vaping and the use of e-cigarettes during a class, Tuesday, March 12, 2024 hosted by Mr. Lathan Newkirk, the Army Substance Abuse Program manager for the 7th Mission Support Command, America's Army Reserve in Europe.
