Capt. Eric Tisland greets former residents of Jurf as Sahkr, Iraq, upon their release from prison, March 28. Tisland is commander of Company A, 3rd Battalion, 7th Infantry, 4th Brigade Combat Team, 3rd Infantry Division, stationed at Patrol Base Jurf.
