U.S. Marine Corps Cpl. Halbert West, a motor transportation mechanic, with III Marine Expeditionary Force Support Battalion, III MEF, applies a Bolin chest seal during a Tactical Combat Casualty Care All Service Members training during Warrior Shield 24 on Camp Mujuk, Republic of Korea on Feb. 29, 2024.
