A U.S. Marine Corps Harris AN/PRC-152 Multiband Handheld Radio used by the Marines of Fox Battery, 2nd Battalion, 14th Marine Regiment, 4th Marine Division, Marine Forces Reserve is used to communicate operational tasks during a High Mobility Artillery Rocket System (HIMARS) and M1123 Humvee live-fire crew-served range during exercise Arctic Edge 2024, Eielson Air Force Base, Alaska, March 3, 2024. The range provided Marines the opportunity to conduct live fire operations in an arctic environment to sustain combat readiness. ARCTIC EDGE 2024 (AE24) is a U.S. Northern Command-led homeland defense exercise demonstrating the U.S. military’s capabilities in extreme cold weather, joint force readiness, and U.S. military commitment to mutual strategic security interests in the Arctic region.
