Officials from the Army General Officer Management Office announced Feb. 29 the selection of Brig. Gen. Doug Lowrey for assignment to commanding general of the Army Contracting Command at Redstone Arsenal, Alabama. Lowrey will pass command of the MICC to Col. Freddy Adams in a ceremony June 7.
