U.S. Marine Corps Cpl. Anthony Salazar, a radio operator, with 5th Air Naval Gunfire Liaison Company, III Marine Expeditionary Force Information Group, conducts a 300-meter swim evaluation during a certification exercise, at Camp Hansen, Okinawa, Japan, Feb. 26, 2024. This portion of the exercise validated the Marines’ amphibious and physical abilities in preparation for conflict. 5th ANGLICO provides the Marine Air Ground Task Force or Joint Task Force Commander a liaison capability and ability to plan, coordinate, employ, multi-domain fires and effects across the competition continuum in support of joint and multi-national forces.
