Zachary Phelps, a native of New York and the officer-in-charge of the Marine Corps Air Station Iwakuni Legal Services Support Team, congratulates the newly naturalized citizens during a naturalization ceremony at MCAS Iwakuni, Japan, Feb. 28, 2024. The naturalization ceremony was conducted to welcome and celebrate the accomplishment of MCAS Iwakuni military members becoming citizens of the United States.
