Troops from the Norwegian Home Guard and the Minnesota National Guard stand together in a closing ceremony at Camp Ripley Training Center in Little Falls, Minnesota, as the 51st Norwegian Reciprocal Troop Exchange (NOREX) ends on February 12th, 2024. The 51st NOREX consisted of multiple training events between the Minnesota National Guard and the Norwegian Home Guard Rapid Response Force and Youth teams where the two forces trained together and experienced each other’s cultures to better promote cooperation and troop readiness in any future joint-operations (Minnesota Army National Guard Photo by Sgt.
