Malaysian soldiers receive instruction during the International Humanitarian Law (IHL) and International Human Rights (IHR) class during Exercise Shanti Prayas IV at the Birendra Peace Operations Training Center on Feb. 24, 2024. IHL and IHR are an integral part of the United Nations, with the class providing each participating nation the opportunity to enhance their subject matter knowledge. Shanti Prayas IV is a multinational peacekeeping exercise sponsored by the Nepali Army and U.S. Indo-Pacific Command and is the latest in a series of exercises designed to support peacekeeping operations.
