NAVAL AIR STATION SIGONELLA, Italy (Jan. 15, 2024) -- Aviation Structural Mechanic 3rd Class Clarence Lubaton removes panels on the starboard wing of a P-8A Poseidon at Naval Air Station (NAS) Sigonella, Italy, Jan. 15, 2024. Lubaton was removing panels as part of a periodic routine phase inspection on the aircraft. Phase inspections are conducted to ensure the aircraft is safe for flight.
