U.S. Air Force Chief Master Sgt. Chad Gurnon, a loadmaster assigned to the 143rd Airlift Wing (AW), fuels a C-130J Hercules aircraft, also of the 143rd AW, while conducting a joint Agile Combat Employment (ACE) exercise at the 122nd Fighter Wing in Fort Wayne, Indiana, Feb. 14, 2024. The 143rd Airlift Wing and 122nd Fighter Wing performed the exercise to practice the ACE operational concept, a method that emphasizes flexibility, adaptability and multi-capable Airmen.
