Crispin Pacificar, 36th Civil Engineer Squadron assistant fire chief, briefs members of the U.S. Air Force, Japan Air Self-Defense Force and Royal Australian Air Force on the emergency response procedures as part of a trilateral firefighter training during Cope North 24 on Andersen Air Force Base, Guam, Feb. 15, 2024.
