Schmidt relinquished command to Schulze. While previously serving as the commanding officer, Schmidt served as the adjutant for A Co., H&S Bn, MCIPAC. Schmidt explained that while serving as an adjutant, she worked with a plethora of Marines leading to mission success during her time as a commanding officer.
